Refund Terms
- 30-Day Notice Period Required: A minimum notice period of thirty (30) days is required to initiate any refund request. Refund requests submitted without the required advance notice will not be processed.
- Eligible Refund Period: Refunds are applicable only to advance payments made for services scheduled beyond the 30-day notice period. Amounts corresponding to services already rendered or scheduled within the 30-day notice window are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Services: Any fees paid for services provided, rendered, or confirmed within the 30-day notice period are considered earned and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Agreement Terms Prevail: All refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the signed service agreement between CRS Central and the client. Where refund terms in the signed agreement differ from this general policy, the signed agreement takes precedence.
- Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will typically be processed within 30 business days, via the original method of payment or any other mutually agreed method. CRS Central will confirm the processing method and expected timeline upon approval.

Please include your hotel name, service agreement reference number or date, the amount you are requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Refund requests submitted verbally, via WhatsApp, or through any informal channel will not be processed.
