These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Chauhans Hideaway website and services provided by CRS Chauhans Hideaway, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (India).

1. Booking & Contract

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and the required advance payment as specified by management.
• The booking agreement constitutes the entire contract between the client and CRS Chauhans Hideaway.
• Any changes to confirmed bookings (date, event type, guest count) require written agreement from both parties.

2. Use of the Venue

• The venue must be used solely for the event type stated in the booking agreement.
• Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused to the property.
• Subletting or third-party use of the venue is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Fireworks, open flames, and other hazardous activities require prior written approval and must comply with all applicable local regulations.
• Alcohol may be served subject to compliance with Rajasthan Excise laws and applicable permits.

3. Liability

• CRS Chauhans Hideaway shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.
• We strongly recommend that clients obtain event insurance for their celebrations.
• In the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, government order, epidemic, or other unforeseeable circumstances), neither party shall be in breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and the logo, is the property of CRS Chauhans Hideaway and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
• Photography and video content produced at events may be used by us for promotional purposes unless the client expressly opts out in writing.

5. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
• Disputes shall first be referred to mediation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). For grievances, please contact: gm.hideaway@outlook.com.

7. Amendments

CRS Chauhans Hideaway reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
