Cancellation Policy

The Chauhans Hideaway (operated by CRS Chauhans Hideaway) maintains the following cancellation terms, which are confirmed in writing at the time of booking:

• 90 days or more before the event date: Full cancellation at no charge. A complete refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
• 60–89 days before the event date: Cancellation terms as agreed and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
• 30–59 days before the event date: Cancellation terms as agreed and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
• Less than 30 days before the event date: Cancellation terms as agreed and confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of deposits.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to gm.hideaway@outlook.com and will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

CRS Chauhans Hideaway reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, natural calamity, government order) with a full refund to the client.
